  1. Is there a name for a type of old school rye sourdough that’s both sweet and sour? Is this Latvian or Lithuanian style?

    1. Hmm, good question! I’m not 100% sure but my uncle brings this sweet& sour sourdough bread from Lithuania when he comes to visit us. So probably Lithuania is the answer!
